Terms governing access to and use of cervio.app, operated by Cervio S.R.L.. By using the Site you accept these Terms; otherwise, stop using it.

2. Scope
The Site provides information about Cervio, described as "The ECM layer built for the AI era." Visitors may join the waitlist with their email address to receive product updates, launch communications, and related announcements.
The Site does not currently offer paid services, public user accounts, visitor-only restricted areas, or transactional features. Those services will be governed by separate contractual terms when the Cervio platform is released.
3. Eligibility
Use of the Site is free. To join the waitlist you must:
Be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent if younger.
Provide a valid email address that you are entitled to use.
Not use third-party email addresses without permission.
4. Waitlist registration
By signing up, you agree to receive electronic communications from Cervio about:
Product development updates.
Early access, preview, or beta programme invitations.
Launch and availability announcements.
Editorial content related to ECM and AI.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to privacy@cervio.app. Unsubscription is free.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, in good faith, and in line with these Terms. In particular, you must not:
Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site.
Engage in large-scale scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised security testing.
Submit duplicate, fraudulent, or third-party email registrations.
Disrupt or compromise site availability or integrity (DoS attacks, injection, etc.).
Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others' rights.
Cervio may block access and remove registrations that breach these Terms and may report violations to the relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual property
The "Cervio" brand, logo, cervio.app domain, site content (text, graphics, layout, code), and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Cervio S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and industrial property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use site content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law (e.g. quotation for criticism, review, or information).
7. Service availability
Cervio aims to keep the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, force majeure, or third-party provider issues (hosting, database, storage).
Cervio may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Site content is provided "as is" for information purposes. Cervio seeks to keep it accurate and up to date but does not warrant completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cervio is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or lost opportunities arising from use or inability to use the Site.
Temporary unavailability or malfunctions due to external factors (your internet connection, third-party providers, force majeure).
Content on third-party sites linked from this Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party websites. Cervio does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy and Cookie Policy at /legal/cookies, which form an integral part of these Terms. The Site uses a cookie banner to collect your preferences for non-essential cookie categories.
11. Changes to these Terms
Cervio may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Site. Please review this page regularly.
For waitlist subscribers, material changes will be notified by email with reasonable notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms lies with the courts of [TORINO], subject to mandatory consumer forum rules under Italian law where applicable.
